Note: Unfortunately, the Courts assume you have yielded all your rights, and that you are a voluntary slave to the State. You have no rights unless you assert your rights. You assert your rights by writing them down. What every rights you want to assert, gun rights, silence, freedom from harassment, etc, write them up in concise affidavits, have them notarized, and filing them with the County Clerk as a Matter of Record. This demonstrates to the Court that you have thought through “rights” issues before you have to go to court.  

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE AND DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men . . .

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents, that I, your name, living soul, Christian man, mature in age, competent to testify, do hereby Declare the following freely, of my own accord, without compulsion as follows:

Fearing the complete destruction of freedom by both national and state governments, and tyranny by the same;

1. I claim all my God-given rights, enumerated and non-enumerated, as proclaimed in the Declaration secured by the united States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, Amendment Nine, Ten, and State Constitutions; and, yield none to statute, code, color of law, or color of office; including but not limited to the right to travel on public highways without harassment, travel in my private automobile not registered, without insurance, to bear arms, marry, bear children, work, and to due process if accused; and,
2. That I follow the Law of God, the Ten Commandments, and recognize no superior law among men; and, that I am under common law jurisdiction, Amendment Eight, with common law rights and responsibilities; the principle being a duty to God and to my fellow man as expressed in the maxim, “Do your neighbor no harm;”  and,
3. That I rebut all presumptions of Federal and State government corporations that I am under some kind of duty to obey, follow, or support due to some known or unknown adhesion contract; that I rescind all my signatures nunc pro tunc to October 10, 1970 and the presumption of contract obligating me to some kind of performance or jurisdiction outside common law; and,

4. NOTICES all government agencies, bureaus, offices, officers, and employees that any deprivation of right will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law as proscribed in 18 U.S.C. § 241, 242; and,
5. NOTICES the same that any deprivation of rights (Bill of Rights) under color of law or color of office will be subject to fines of my own choosing not to exceed $15 million dollars per the standard set in Estate of Macias v. Ihde, 42 F. Supp.2d 957, 962 (N.D. Cal. 1999).

This is true, correct, and not misleading to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief; and, hereby declared by Public Notice.
