Homelessness At "Crisis Point" In Orange County, Supervisor Says. 

LMFAOROTG..... How can the County supervisors bitch about homelessness at a "Crisis Point" when most of the people homeless is caused by the county in the first place. Our U.S. Government is not in the business of helping the public, homeless, mental ill, at any level, no money to make in it.

Their not homeless because they lack trade skills. They already had a trade skill job, profession. They were Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers. 

Another Six month, $750,000 contract is nothing but waste of time. do not apply to any one individual when not engaged in business. 

contract that will focus on solving homeless issues around the county provide "workforce training" They don't need training for a skill, their not homeless because they lack trade skills. They already had a trade skill job, profession, Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers.

Our U.S. Government is not in the business of helping the public, homeless, mental ill, at any level, theirs no money to make in it. But there is money in passing illegal statutes and ordinances. See it makes no since to add fines and fees to someone for a traffic ticket and expect them to pay, then add assessment that forces them to lose their job so they can't pay. That's like a bank telling you put your money in their bank but the bank never locks up the vault or the fronts doors. Stupid right. Whats more stupid is if you fail to appear in court or pay a fine on time, it results in a mandatory license suspension, and or if you hold a professional license like a Doctor, Lawyer, the DMV suspends your professional license to practice. Now who's dumb ass idea was it to make a law that takes away something like a car or work license that cause's you to not make the money to pay the fine. How does the state expect you to pay a fine if they force you to lose your job because you can't drive to work or can't work without a business license. Most of the homeless people are homeless simply because they lost everything due to unable to pay for a fine. It works like this. People receive a traffic ticket, receive a fine to be paid by certain date. The fine is not paid by date, DMV suspends your drivers license or professional license. Causing you to lose your job for not be able to show up to work by car or unable to work without a professional license. Then you can't pay your rent or mortgage, so you get evicted. Now you live in your vehicle until you get pulled over for no drivers license. They impound your vehicle for thirty days. You have no money because loss your job so you lose your home, your car. Now your on the streets homeless all because you lose your drivers license. Let me think, The state expects you to pay a fine after they force you to lose the one thing that makes you money to pay them. Think about that.
