Despite President Obama's promise that "there will be no boots on the ground", he just announced the US will send thousands of troops back into Iraq for a new war that military advisors say will likely continue for years. The President has requested an additional $3.2 billion for the war, bringing the total cost to $40 billion/year--roughly 4 times the size of the bipartisan food stamp cuts recently signed into law. Share if you're sick of your taxes paying for war instead of helping those in need.
